A 30"x40" trial-size medical illustration of the heart: on the base board, depicts atherosclerotic coronary artery disease;on the first overlay, depicts the heart after a triple-vessel coronary artery bypass procedure;
on the second overlay, depicts the failure of the bypass procedure with continued occlusions as shown on a subsequent angiogram.
